Sanjay Tikku

Founder & CEO

Sanjay founded DTA to offer custom database expertise backed by a level of personal service that he felt was missing in the marketplace. He has helped clients design and build Oracle and SQL Server based systems for high-traffic websites in many different industries including financial services, manufacturing, Internet services, export-import, hospitality, retail and technology services.

Sanjay has worked on Oracle database related projects for over 15 years and has been working in the IT industry for over 25 years. He is an expert at providing time-critical database solutions to corporations around the globe - whether they are experiencing performance and stability related crises with their Oracle databases, or they need out-of-the box design help for a complex Oracle database.

Shawn Tozeski

Chief Managed Services Officer

Shawn Tozeski is the Chief Managed Services Officer at DTA. Shawn has over 20 years of experience in the IT field working with Oracle databases and supporting mission critical systems for Fortune 500 companies.

His focus is leveraging cloud technologies, and designing and implementing highly available and disaster tolerant systems. He has extensive knowledge in Oracle database performance tuning and backup and recovery.

James Franco

Chief Consulting Services Officer

Jim Franco is the Chief Consulting Officer at DTA and an Oracle DBA Certified Master. Jim has worked for over 15 years specializing in areas of Oracle database administration, design and development.

Jim has extensive, hands-on experience with several advanced features of Oracle, including Data Warehousing for Very Large Databases (VLDBs), Oracle GRID, Oracle Advanced Security for HIPAA compliant databases, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard (DG), Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (EMCC) and Oracle XML DB. He is proficient in the realm of the PostgreSQL database for development and administration, and has a strong background in database-related application development.

Sanjeev Singh

Open Source Systems Team Lead

Sanjeev has worked for almost 13+ years as a Linux/VMware (Linux, VMware, ESXi) System admin.  He has extensive, hands-on experience providing support mainly for UNIX/Linux operating systems on various platforms such as RedHat Linux, HP-UX, AIX, FreeBSD, Ubuntu, Windows 2K, 2K3.

Sanjeev is proficient in the AWS cloud, IBM Cloud platform design, maintenance and administration. He has expertise in Network Management Systems, Implementation, configuration of internet-based web application server products such as WebSphere application server, JBoss, Tomcat, iPlanet Enterprise Server.

Sanjeev is an expert in Network products using NIS, NFS, DNS, AutoMounter, mail-server, SMTP, POP 3, and DHCP protocols. He provides middle to senior managerial level support for ISO9001, and ITILv.3 certified processes for IT/ Operations infrastructure development and management.
